RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns
1.1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Officially Ruby. If you are not satisfied with your skincare product(s) for any reason, you may return them within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
1.3. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the original order confirmation or receipt.
Refunds
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.3. Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the returned product(s) excluding any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
3.1. If you would like to exchange your skincare product(s) for a different item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
3.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered as an alternative.
Damaged or Defective Products
4.1. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
4.2. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process a refund or replacement.
4.3. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued for the damaged or defective product(s).
Return Shipping
5.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product).
5.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure the safe delivery of the products.
Return Process
6.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ultimateenvy36@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization and instructions.
6.2. Return shipments should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.
Cancellation of Orders
7.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped.
7.2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard returns process applies.
